You must not use Tenuta IQ to: break the law or infringe anyone's rights; upload material you do not have the right to process, including personal information collected unlawfully; store or transmit malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our infrastructure; probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission (responsible disclosure is welcome through our contact form); circumvent usage limits, metering or security controls; resell or white-label the Service without an Enterprise agreement; scrape the Service or use the API beyond published rate limits; use AI features to generate content that is deceptive, defamatory or unlawful; or harass, threaten or discriminate against any person through the portals or messaging features. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and will notify you where the law allows.
